Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY/METHOD:  We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  Shipping prices are as follows:

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $15.00

Orders less than $15.00 will incur a fee of $4.95.

Shipping rates apply to order shipped within the continental United States.  We will ship outside of the United States where possible and exact shipping will apply.  No discounts on orders shipped outside the Continental United States. 

We ship to APO/AFE addresses. 

Note:  special arrangements can be made for Express shipment and personal pick-up/no shipment cost.  You will receive an order confirmation number for each order.  For more information, please email us at BasicSenses@gmail.com or call 856.745-1894.


Sales Tax:  All purchases with a ship-to address of New Jersey will be assessed a 7% sales tax.

Returns Policy:  If your order is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please forward your "Order Confirmation" email back to us at:  BasicSenses@gmail.com and state "Return Request" in the subject header of the email.  Please do this within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

1.  Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a return authorization number and return instructions.  Note:  please DO NOT REMOVE HANG TAGS OR LABELS.

2)  You have ten business days upon receipt of "return authorization number" to return the order.

3.  Upon receipt of your returned order, we will either issue you a credit or ship a new item free of additional charge based on your request.
